This Caught My Attention — and It Matters for Your Health

When I was on my morning walk, I passed a sign outside a holistic gym that immediately caught my attention. It read:

“Your health is not about having time — it’s about making time.”

And it hit me how true that is.

If I could, I’d plaster this on every billboard in town:

If you don’t have good health, it’s going to hold you back from doing the things that truly matter to you — whether that’s spending time with loved ones, enjoying life’s adventures, or pursuing your dreams.

Life gets busy. We get caught up in the demands of work, family, and commitments, and our own wellbeing often ends up last on the list.

But we can’t take care of others or show up as our best selves if we don’t first take care of ourselves.

So whether it’s carving out time for a walk, stocking your kitchen with nourishing food, pausing for a few deep breaths, getting to bed earlier, or booking an appointment with someone who can support your health — don’t wait for the time to magically appear. Make the time.
